About Us

Donaldson Construction Company (DCC) has over 36 years of Concrete Construction Experience and the owners hold two Florida Building Contractors Licenses. CBC-1256186 & CBC-1260568.

DCC was founded in 2006 by brothers Sam and Andrew Donaldson. They started at a young age being immersed in Commercial Concrete Construction and grew to love the Industry. They acquired their Florida Building Contractors Licenses at the age of 18 and 19, respectively. Their sister June, likewise with a long history of Commercial Concrete Construction experience, joined the Company in 2010 after acquiring her Florida Building Contractors License.

The three siblings are from Lakeland, Florida, where DCC is also located. However, they serve all of Florida, with a focus on the central region.

DCC understands the importance of integrity and work ethic. They are passionate about what they do and strive to be professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. They also utilize highly skilled tradesmen with extensive knowledge and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
